Which insurance plans may you be able to use for therapy?
Depending on clinician credentialing and the details of your plan, you may be able to use Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, Baylor Scott & White, and United Behavioral Health/Optum/UHC. At this time, we are out of network with TRICARE West. Because benefits can vary by employer, deductible, and network rules, please check directly with your insurance company to confirm your mental health coverage, copay, and any referral requirements.
Do you accept private pay?
Yes. Clients may choose to pay privately for services. Private pay can be helpful for clients who do not want to use insurance, do not have mental health coverage, have a high deductible, or prefer additional privacy regarding diagnosis and treatment records submitted to insurance. Each rate can range from $75-$150 depending on the clinician.
Do you provide superbills?
Upon request, we may provide a superbill for clients who wish to submit claims to their insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your insurance plan.
Are you in-network with TRICARE?
Ashley Wright, LPC-S, RPT is out-of-network with TRICARE. Clients using TRICARE may choose to pay privately at the time of service and request a superbill to submit to TRICARE for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on the individual plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept several convenient payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. If you are using insurance or paying privately, we will review payment details during intake so you know what to expect before your first session.
