Anxiety and Trauma Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

Life can feel overwhelming and sometimes it seems like you have to hold everything together. Whether anxiety, trauma, or the weight of perfectionism and emotional neglect have been part of your story, especially if they began in childhood, I’m here to help. I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are ready to heal and regain a sense of calm and control.

Having navigated my own healing journey, I bring both heart and skill to our work together. Many clients I support grew up being the “strong one” or the fixer, carrying feelings that were overlooked or dismissed. Therapy with me is warm, honest, and collaborative. Together, we’ll create space for you to be messy, emotional, and fully worthy without the pressure to “get it right.”

I specialize in supporting people coping with anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, and the challenges of perfectionism, overthinking, or people-pleasing. Whether you identify as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) or are healing from childhood emotional neglect or relational wounds, I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed approach.

Beyond the Therapy Room

Outside of sessions, I spend most of my time with my three dogs: Charlie, Ollie, and Teddy. My husband and I are happily outnumbered.

I love iced coffee no matter the season, getting lost in mystery and thriller novels, and rewatching Friends more often than I’d like to admit. Oregon and the Pacific Northwest are my favorite places to unplug and feel grounded.

How I Help
My work blends evidence-based therapy with a trauma-informed lens. Sessions may include:

  • EMDR therapy to process stuck or painful memories

  • Parts Work to support different aspects of your inner world

  • Somatic therapy techniques to release stress held in the body

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and adjust unhelpful thought and behavior patterns.

And yes, sometimes we laugh too because healing doesn’t have to be all heavy.

Whether you’re new to therapy or returning, we’ll move at your pace and follow your lead to support your healing journey.

Who I Work With

  • Teens (12-17), young adults (18-25), and adults

  • People navigating anxiety, trauma, or low self-worth

  • Those healing from childhood emotional neglect or relational wounds

  • BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals seeking a safe and affirming space

  • Highly Sensitive People and deep feelers

  • Overachievers, perfectionists, and people-pleasers learning to set boundaries
